Upon verification of a defect, Aluplex provides replacement materials for the affected components. The warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship, is non-transferable (original purchaser only), covers materials only (excludes labour and delivery), and does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
Glass or plastic breakage, or water penetration not resulting from a defect
Installation errors or improper building construction
Humidity issues or inadequate ventilation
Environmental damage, corrosion or normal wear
Film-coated glass surfaces
Flat glass skylights on roofs with less than 3:12 pitch
Blocked airflow caused by blinds in the skylight shaft
